Having been in the industry for twenty years Sinead has a strong skill set, knowledge and understanding of salon, business, creative and vocational based education.
Driven and passionate about managing and education, Sinead became part of the management team in the first Toni and Guy flagship salon, she enjoyed seeing progression with members of staff which then led her into education. Sinead became an educator at the Toni and Guy flagship academy in London and with a huge passion for hair and fashion she furthered this by working on the session team working multiple seasons at London Fashion Week and London Fashion Weekend.
Sinead’s professional qualifications include an IQA, PTLLS, DTLLS teaching qualifications and she managed the NVQ department for government funded courses.
Sinead then went on to manage private courses in London and Manchester academies and has won various competitions and assisted Anthony Mascolo.
Sinead continued to progress her hairdressing career and furthered her creative flare by becoming an Artistic Director which involved seminars, shows and shoots as well as travelling the UK and educating hairdressing teams with creative cuts, colours and editorial looks. Part of this role included working on collection shoots, managing teams and helping to create pieces for Avant Garde BHA Shoots.
Having a great understanding of the vocational side of hairdressing Sinead became an Examiner Consultant which consisted of writing exams for hairdressing and barbering standards for the awarding body City and Guilds including both hairdressing and barbering qualifications.
Sinead is friendly and approachable and thrives on mentoring and supporting educators, looking after student’s needs, and ensures hairdressing standards are the best quality they can possibly be.
Beth is the London Makeup School Manager and the leader of the gang who has taken the London Makeup School from strength to strength. Beth has played a crucial role in making the London Makeup School the highest rated and reviewed in Europe under her leadership. Beth is also the Head of the ITEC Level 2 teaching team, and the head of the amazing Pro Portfolio service at the London Makeup school and one of the best educators in the industry.

Beth has almost 20 years work experience for brands and for a variety of clients in television, magazines, runway, publishing’s and corporate, which include the BBC, Channel 4, Endemol, Daily Mail, Pride Magazine, Carlton Books and many more.
She has worked as a freelance make-up artist having completed her training at The London College of fashion and not only works professionally in the industry she has now established herself as an accomplished tutor and course director.
Beth loves to work creatively with make-up and finds the educational side of her work the most rewarding but greatly enjoys the creativity of fashion and editorial work.
A long serving and key member of the London MakeUp School and the ITEC Level 2 teaching team. Siema is an accomplished, ITEC qualified, professionally trained makeup artist with more than 10 years’ experience. Siema is a qualified teacher and has been teaching make-up for over 7 years.
Siema has been trained by reputable and well known celebrity makeup artists as well as the leading brands of the beauty and makeup industry such as MAC, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Dermalogica, Aveda and many more. She has worked with several Bollywood celebrities during shoots and fashion shows.
Siema specialises in Asian Bridal makeup. However, she is also entirely proficient in all other types of makeup such as Fashion, Arab, Special Occasions, etc. She takes great pride in being able to meet the requirements and expectations of people from different ethnicities, backgrounds and cultures.
Siema is absolutely passionate about customer satisfaction and therefore aims to provide a highly professional, tailored and memorable experience to all her clients. Her motto is ‘Make up, not Make do’
She is always eager to share her knowledge and expertise with learners to support and prepare them for working within the increasingly competitive Make-up industry. A double agent of both the London MakeUp School and the London Hair Academy. Su leads the Avant Garde sector of the academy as creativity simply oozes through her fingers! Su is a makeup and hair artist, has built her career in diverse industries such as Fashion, Beauty, Theatre, TV and Film working internationally while based in the heart of London. Her work has featured in numerous publications such as Grazia, Vogue, The Independent, etc. She understands how to combine her skills to create the various needs of her different range of clients. Her clients include names such as Jimmy Choo, J.W Anderson, MCM, Office, J.Mendel, Lie sang bong, etc.
She designed the make-up for the Chicago Musical and hair and make-up for Ottone Opera. She has also worked for various major TV channels like BBC, SKY, ITV and DAVE. She was a lead makeup and hair artist for a wide range of fashion shows and events. Su has a style that focuses very much on the details and flawless beauty.
Another double agent of the London Makeup School and the London Hair academy and is one of the longest serving and experienced tutors at the academy. Stephen leads the barbering sector at the academy has more than twenty years’ experience working in the hair and makeup industry. Stephen has worked internationally as a freelancer doing both hair and makeup for magazine editorials, campaigns, runway, television, publishing and corporate.
Stephen began his career training at the prestigious Charlie Miller salon in Edinburgh and later moved to Cheyne’s working as the Creative Director. In 1999 Stephen relocated to London where he studied at The London College of Fashion.
Highlights of Stephen’s career include assisting hairdressing industry heavyweight Guido for McQueen and Yohji Yamamoto and working closely with Duran Duran on a number of projects including numerous photo shoots, album covers and their Brit Lifetime Achievement award in 2004.
More recently, Stephen has been working in television as a hair and makeup supervisor for ITV, Sky and Channel 4 on various entertainment and music programmes as well as channel idents. During this time he worked with a number of celebrities including Peter Andre, Janice Dickinson and Louise Thompson (Made in Chelsea).
Stephen’s signature trademark for men and women’s cutting and hairstyling combines rigorous attention to technique with volume, texture and dynamic movement. For make-up his area of specialism involves the creation of a look that works in synergy with the hair.
One of the longest serving and crucial members of the London Hair Academy. Paula is the Google of everything hairdressing at the academy. Paula has almost 30 years’ experience in the hair and beauty sector starting as a trainee at the prestigious Daniel Galvin Salon in London’s West End before finishing her training at The London College of Fashion. Paula has a proven track record at the London Hair Academy of producing some of the best new hairdressing graduates into the industry.
Her experience includes 10 years Salon Manager at the UK Salon Group, Retail Educator at KMS before obtaining her PTTLS & DTTLS to qualify as an Assessor.
Her natural flair as a colour technician has gained her many accolades including twice runner up at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy.
During her career Paula has also been involved in Television, Theatre and Fashion.
These achievements include Stylist for London Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week, Photo shoots for Vogue and Marie Claire, catalogue work for Zara, photo shoots for Prada and hair supervisor for the BBC’s The Voice & Channel 4 Undercover Boss.
A solid member of the London Hair Academy, Sam has been in the hairdressing industry for 26 years with background training from Sassoon techniques & Wella professionals, Patrick Cameron, Avant garde hairdresser Michael Barnes, & Anthony Mascolo Toni & Guy.
Sam is a NVQ assessor & trainer, within FE & private academies.
Sam’s biggest achievement was being a salon owner, employing stylists & apprentices with in house training to build a professional hairdressing business for clients.
Sam is highly capable in all aspects of hairdressing including cutting, styling, colour techniques, long hair up styling & hair extensions and is still actively working within the salon, keeping up to date with current fashion trends. Olivia has been a professional hair and makeup artist for the last 11 years, graduating from The London College of Fashion. Olivia’s clients range from commercial Magazines such as Reveal, Take a Break, and Hello magazine through to working for companies such as ASOS, Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s.

Jackie has been teaching for around 15 years, on a salon floor with apprentices, and has acquired all her professional teaching qualifications. Giovanna’s passion for makeup artistry has always been her drive and reason to achieve the highest standards whatever the challenges the work requirement demands. To be part of the beauty and fashion industry has always been her dream. To share her knowledge and help students to develop their own style and skills has been her dedication for the last 8 years. This has been proven with the majority of Giovanna’s students regularly graduating from the ITEC level 2 course with Distinctions.
Giovanna started her career as makeup artist 13 years ago and gained experiences with brands such as Esteé Lauder, Mac and Lancôme together alongside fashion, editorial, music videos and theatrical jobs. In 2009 Giovanna took her second teaching qualification and also her Assessors Award qualification, to able her to teach and assess NVQ’S and ITEC courses and freelancing for the best colleges across London. Giovanna has also developed her career between London, Italy and Spain working with models, actor/actresses, pop videos, and fashion shows. A member of the London Hair Academy and a key member of the hair extension team, Hannah has been in the hair and makeup industry for 11 years, initially training in the Midlands. She has worked in a number of top salons in the Midlands and London gaining a wealth of experience in all aspects of hairdressing. Her extensive knowledge of colouring and precision cutting, paved the way to becoming an educator in salons before entering in to the freelance world.
To further broaden her skill set, she is an experienced freelance hair extension technician, and Bridal hair and makeup artist. She has a passion for vintage styling and regularly works on events such as Goodwood revival, providing tutorials for Glamour online and has worked on publications such as Style Me Vintage. Hannah is also part of the London Hair Academy hair extensions tutoring team.
Karen Harvey is a multi-award winning face and body artist!
Over the past few years Karen has been featured in several magazines, including Front Cover of FACE magazine.
Karen has won both Face Painter of the Year and Body Painter of the year, plus was a finalist at Olympia Beauty Body Painting competition, Warpaint Championships, in both the Body Painting category and the Runway Make up Pro competitions.
Karen lives and breathes face and body art, as well as fine art painting on canvas.
Karen has written and illustrated a book on Face Painting, which has been translated into several languages and is available all around the world!
Karen was an instructor on “FABATV – Face and Body Art Television” in America, and teaches at various Face and Body Art conventions all around the country.
Face and Body Art is becoming more and more mainstream with the popularity of Austrian World Body Art Festival, and the standard is exceptional!

Lorraine has been in the hairdressing industry for over 25 years and has been teaching within FE colleges for the last 15 years. She has an unlimited amount of knowledge she passes onto her students.
She has run a salon for almost 7 years which has given her priceless industry experience. Lorraine holds both an assessors award and IV qualification and teaches all of the London Hair Academy’s ITEC qualification courses. Lorraine also has experience in hair extensions, spray tanning, barbering and bridal hair up course.

Rumana is a skilled makeup artist with years of experience who specialises in Asian bridal hair and makeup.

Rumana is one of the Academy’s henna artist specialists and has produced unique designs from traditional bridal to contemporary tattoos.

Andreea is a passionate member of the London Hair Academy, with 17 years industry experience, Andreea always dreamed of being part of the hair and fashion industry which enabled her to travel the world and work in the most interesting places. Moving to London and living her dream, Andreea embraced the opportunity to start teaching at the London Hair Academy and pass on her vast knowledge.
Andreea is an NVQ assessor and trainer, very talented in all aspects of hairdressing including cutting, styling, barbering, colour, bridal hair up styling and plaiting and braiding. April started off as a salon apprentice training with L’Oreal going on to owning her own hair salons and barber shops.

Debbie has experience gained from teaching in a variety of Colleges both FE and in the private sector.
Debbie holds all relevant teaching and assessors’ qualifications bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the London Makeup School.
Debbie has also for the past 15 years has been running her own mobile business which keeps her up to date with industry knowledge and trends.
Angela is Member of the London Hair Academy, and is active in the industry a freelancer and Director of Universal Strandz lace wigs and weaves Hair beauty & Nails.
Angela has been in the hairdressing and beauty industry for over 28 years, starting as a trainee Apprentice at Alan International and further progression in completion of City & Guilds Advance qualification in men & women Hairdressing at West Thames College, then qualifications in teaching/ lecturing and Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications further gaining teaching experience both in FE and private sector.
Angela specialises In Afro Hairdressing and natural styling, and is also proficient in European and Asian hairdressing with additional barbering skills. Creative in cutting, colouring, chemical processing, styling long or short hair, braiding, lace wigs & weaves, hair extension, bridal hair & make-up.
Having worked alongside Afro Hair mogul and celebrity stylist Derek Clements of Splinter / aka De Cutter, allowed further exposure and development in the art of cutting and styling Afro hair.

Ross brings this 14 years of industry experience to the school. Having started out as on an apprentiship in hairdressing after leaving school, Ross and moved into barbering 6 years later. Passion driven Ross furthered his career and took on a number of teaching roles and assessing students of all levels. He currently holds a level 3 City and Guilds hairdressing qualifaction as well as being able to assess NVQ students.
Working alongside top london hairdressers and barbers with big name salons including Sanrizz and Vidal Sasoon. Ross has has a loyal customer base of high profile clientele and delivers barbering, beard trims and wet shave courses in the London Hair Academy’s brand new Barbering and Wet Shave cave.
Shelene has 15 years’ experience in the make-up industry working in a plethora of different settings from brands such as MAC and Bobbi Brown to fashion editorial, TV, ad campaigns, and celebrity work.

Andi has been hairdressing for 34 years and has taught in various colleges from FE to private Academies including some of the most well known in London. During these contracts, Andi has taught new stylist in many big name salons including Lee Staffordshire, Desmond Murray and Erroll Douglas to name a few.
Andi has travelled extensively with her hairdressing and has worked in various places such as Dubai, Gibraltar, Italy and Asia.
Andi’s passion is Colour and has worked on stage at Salon international and Dubai excel for various companies showing new products and techniques to visitors to the exhibitions.
In her spare time Andi is a singer in a Rock band and loves going on adventures in her VW Camper and is qualified in both hypnotherapy and mindful meditation.
Neena is a creative individual and her love for henna started at a young age where she would experiment with designs on friends and family. As a self-taught henna artist with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, Neena has worked for some of the top henna artists, gaining a wealth of experience on creating intricate or simple designs for her clients. Her passion for this art helps her to keep up to date with the latest trends and she absolutely loves enhancing traditional or contemporary designs with gems, glitter and body paint.
Deborah O’Shea AKA Bebe, trained at The Screen Academy in Brisbane Australia.
Bebe was trained by international make up designer Viv Rushbrook and has worked on Cat Walk shows, photographic shoots, plays, theatre productions, film, television dramas and music videos.
Bebe has also trained at Charles Fox London, Illamasqua London, Erin Shaw Academy Australia, Shepperton Wig Studio, Pinewood Studios, UK Wig School and trained and worked with Hair and Wig Stylists BAFTA winner Stevie Hall.
Bebe’s credits include, George of the Jungle, Inspector Gadget 2, Rosemary Conley’s Slimmer’s of the year Magazine shoot.
Along with Brian Conley Variety Show, featured celebrity make-Up artist for superstar magazines, make-up for presenters for the FIFI Awards and Vidal Sassoon Fashion Shows.
Bebe has been teaching theatrical and media make-Up and specialist make-up since 2003, working in a number of colleges and theatrical intuitions’ around the country. Her past students have been offered placements with X Factor, Channel 4, Sky television, The One show.

Emma has over 15 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry with over half of that spent in education.
Emma’s career began with an apprenticeship in London’s West End, before moving to head up a colour department in a Muswell Hill salon Emma gained a Colour Degree, had the opportunity to work on magazines, shoots and appeared on stage at Salon International.
It was here Emma found her passion for education and went back to college to gain an assessors qualification. Emma then made the move into full time education as a Technical Educator for Goldwell.
At her time at Goldwell she gained her Colour Expert Award and became a Master Colourist. Emma has worked at London Fashion Week and won Educator of the Year. Emma then gained experience in salon management for Toni and Guy.
Emma now works freelance as an expert colourist and brings her colour knowledge to her students at the London Hair Academy.
Bijal’s, aka “B” passion for hair and makeup became apparent at a young age which blossomed in 2004. She trained at UK’s Saks Academy with celebrity makeup artist Carl Ryan (Osbourne family, Geldof family). Since her training she went on to become a counter Head MakeUp Artist for Lancome Make Up Team leading onto being a part of Lancome BAFTA Make Up Team with training influences from Gucci Westman (then Creative MakeUp Director for Lancome) and assisting/training with Maria Louise (Victoria Beckham’s MUA) for the following yr. She has worked in fashion/film/TV/catwalk, with a celebrity portfolio and the elite/rich cliental list, she continues to enhance her skills and knowledge in hair and makeup bringing her all to the Academy.
Known for her flair of creativity, her strengths in Bridal makeup and hair have linked her to an amazing portfolio of clients. International weddings including, ‘The Mittal Wedding’ in Paris and Lohia wedding in Florence, With further stretch in the creative field she has had opportunities to work with celebrities from Hollywood and Bollywood, Music Artists and TV personalities. Abbi-Rose has nearly ten years’ experience in the make-up industry, and comes from a beauty background so really understands how to tailor make up and skincare for all levels of learning.
She trained at the prestigious Greasepaint School of Make Up and received further training through Charles Fox and Ester Lauder companies. She has a wide range of clientele, from evening and bridal make up, right through to editorial fashion pieces and celebrity and red carpet clients.
These have included ITV, Sky, Ok! magazine, Adidas, and familiar faces from Laura Whitmore and Jessica Ennis to Naomi Harris and Gino D’Acampo. Her work has taken her all over the world from USA to Germany to Majorca.
Her care and attention to detail shows through her work and passion to make every woman look beautiful means she has lots of knowledge to share. Abbie- Rose now brings her expertise and knowledge to her students at the London Makeup School
Helen has been a professional Makeup Artist for the last 12 years, working across all fields of fashion, TV and film. Helen began teaching as an Educator and member of the Art Collective at Illamasqua.
Helen then progressed to Head of Professional Development, looking after colleges and hosting industry seminars and creative masterclasses all over the UK, as well as keying new campaign imagery. Helen has worked with numerous celebrities over the years and been part of the core team on X-Factor for three series.
In the fashion world Helen has worked in both London and Paris Fashion weeks for various designers over the years. Some commercial clients include – Heineken, British Airways, Victoria Secrets, Rolls Royce, Sky Sports, Asda, Iceland to name but a few. Helen now brings her vast commercial knowledge and makeup expertise to her students at the London Makeup School.
